Draft Kellystown LAP public consultation

Fingal County Council are currentlyseeking submissions on the draft Kellystown Local Area Plan (LAP).

The preparation of a local area planfor Kellystown is an objective of the Fingal County Development Plan 2017-2023.This document, when it is finalised, will provide a development framework forKellystown for the next 6 years from when it is adopted by the Council. So itis important to take the opportunity and submit any observations that they haveon the document so that the Kellystown area is developed in line the needs ofthe community.

You can view a physical copy of the plan and associated environmentalreports at:

• Civic Offices, Grove Road, Blanchardstown
• County Hall, Swords
• Luttrellstown Community Centre, Porterstown Road, Clonsilla
• Blanchardstown Public Library, Civic Centre, Blanchardstown

The documents are also available for viewing here, where you can also find details on how to make a submission. The deadline for submissions is 5pm on Friday 6th November 2020.
