Enhanced Route 139 Bus Service

I'm thrilled to see that the Route 139 bus service will double its services starting April 1st. As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance public transport, the Green Party in government have launched a new bus service each week across Ireland.

The upgraded Route 139 plays a crucial role in connecting Blanchardstown, Ongar, TU Dublin, Leixlip, Maynooth, and Naas. With services frequency doubling to eighteen daily trips, available seven days a week.

This enhanced service will make it easier for residents and students to travel to Lexlip, Technological University Dublin’s Blanchardstown campus and Maynooth University, the upgraded Route 139 will serve as a reliable and cost-effective transportation option.
