Applications Now Open for Cost Rental Apartments in Dublin 15. (Closed on the 25 of January)

I'm delighted to see that applications for the first Cost Rental apartments in Dublin 15 are now open. This is a significant step forward, and I'm proud to see the Green Party’s vision for affordable and sustainable housing is being rolled our across the country.   

Applications open today (January 18th 2024) and will close on the 25th of January. With rents starting at €1,050 for a studio, €1,225 for a one-bed, €1,400 for a two-bed, and €1,600 for a three-bed. Anyone with a household income below €66,000 can apply.  

Barnwell Point Apartments, in the adjacent to Hansfield Train Station, these apartments provide excellent connectivity and transportation links. Plus, they're just a short stroll away from Ongar Village, with Blanchardstown Shopping Centre, the Phoenix Park, and the National Aquatic Centre within easy reach.
